Spring sports will begin on Monday, March 2, 2026. All PIAA Recertification forms or physical forms (for students who have not played a sport yet this school year) will be due by February 20, 2026.

If your child has played a fall sport or winter sport during the 2025-2026 school year you will need to complete one of the following forms. The forms can be found on the Union School District website at https://www.unionsd.net under athletic forms.

Complete section 7 if your child has played another sport and was NOT injured during that sport.
Complete Section 8 if your child has played another sport and was injured and had to seek medical treatment for that injury.
