Union School District is seeking interested candidates for full-time, part-time, and substitute school police positions. The position requires the school police officer to perform routine work in the maintenance of law and order, the suppression of crime, the apprehension of life and property; and to perform related work as required and/or assigned. They are responsible for all assigned duties. Duties include those stated in the Union School District School Police Procedural Guidelines and those duties communicated to the officer both verbally and in writing. The primary mission of every school police officer is to provide as safe and secure an environment as possible for students, staff, visitors, guests and the taxpayers of the Union School District.
Candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent with preferred 10 years of experience in law enforcement.
