Dear Union School District Community,

It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that we share in the news of a sudden loss of life affecting several families within our school district and the entire local community. In a tragic accident occurring on March 22nd , several individuals, including a student and a guardian of Union School District students, lost their lives.

Our thoughts and prayers are with their families and those affected by such a heartbreaking loss, as well as those injured in the accident, but still with us. We understand that this news may be difficult for many, and we want to assure you that support services are available for students and staff during this challenging time. School counselors, staff, and local clergy members will be available to help those in need.

We ask that you keep these families in your thoughts and respect their privacy during this difficult time, but also as our community does so well, help to provide support to them as available. Our entire community is grieving, and we are here to support each other through this time of sorrow, and remembrance.
